Search for a groomer near you, pick a service and a time, and pay online. You'll get a confirmation email, and on the day you can follow your groomer on the map as they drive to you.

By instant EFT through Ozow, our payment provider, when you book. The price you see is the total — Groomr doesn't add booking or service fees.

Only after the groom is done. We hold your payment until the groomer marks the job complete, which is what makes refunds possible if something goes wrong.

Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment for a full refund. Between 12 and 24 hours you get 50% back, and within 12 hours there's no refund. If the groomer cancels, you're refunded in full. To cancel a paid booking, WhatsApp us on 082 717 1448 with your booking reference.

Every groomer gives us their South African ID, proof of address and a police clearance certificate, and we approve each one by hand before they can take bookings.

Anything that affects the groom — biting or anxiety, skin or health conditions, heavy matting, recent surgery. Add it in the booking notes. If a pet can't be groomed safely because of something that wasn't mentioned, it counts as a late cancellation.

Tell us within 24 hours with photos. We'll hear both sides and may ask the groomer to fix it at no charge, or refund you where the groom wasn't done as booked.
